Barbados Business Visa

Business Visa Requirement:

1.Valid Passport:
Your signed passport must be valid and with sufficient blank pages for any visa stamps.  The passport's expiration date must be greater than six months from the date of entry for the visa you are applying for. If your passport does not meet the requirements, you must renew your passport or obtain a new one.

2.Complete Application:
Download, print, fully complete, and sign two copy (copies) of the application form.

3.Photographs:
You must provide two 2"x 2" passport photographs.

4.Business Letter
A business letter of financial responsibility is required to be type written on company letterhead and addressed to "Visa Section, Embassy of Barbados". Letter must include the purpose fo travel, reference in Bahrain, Guarantee of financial support and should be signed by an officer or manager at the company.

5.Invitation Letter:
A letter of invitation is required from your host in Barbados.

6.Order Form:
Download, print, fully complete the order form.

7.Payment Methods:
You may pay by personal check, business check or money order, made payable to: Unipac Travel Group.

8.Total Fee:
You may pay the total fees with one check, the total fees includes: Consulate Fee, Our Service Fee, Return Mail Fee. Please check the following table for the consulate fee, and service fee.
Our Return Mail Fee is $ 17.00 for Next Day Service, or $ 6.00 for Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation.
