Brazil Business Visa

Brazil Business Visa ( Type II) Requirement:

For business negotiations, sales and marketing only. If the purpose of visit or the nature of duties to be performed in Brazil includes any form of "technical support" e.g. installation, repair, start-up, software development, etc., the Temporary V sisa is mandatory.

1.Valid Passport:
Your signed passport must be valid and with sufficient blank pages for any visa stamps (Note: passport page 22, 23, 24 are not visa pages, and can not be used for visas).  .  The passport's expiration date must be greater than six months from the date of entry for the visa you are applying for. If your passport does not meet the requirements, you must renew your passport or obtain a new one.
Note: You need to send your original passport to obtain the visa.

2.Complete Application:
Download, print, fully complete, and sign one copy (copies) of the application form.

3. Business Letter and Bussiness Card:
Applicant's business card and letter from the employer or sponsoring company - on the letterhead stationary and signed by a senior manager - briefly introducing the applicant and clearly stating the precise nature of the business and activities to be conducted in Brazil

4.Photographs:
You must provide one 2"x 2" passport photograph. Machine or home photographs are not acceptable.

5. Travel Documentation:
Copy of airline tickets or itinerary.

6.Order Form:

7.Payment Methods:
You may pay by personal check, business check or money order, made payable to: Visa Express.

8.Total Fee:
You may pay the total fees with one check, the total fees includes: Consulate Fee, Our Service Fee, Return Mail Fee. Please check the following table for the consulate fee, and service fee.
Our Return Mail Fee is $ 21.00 for Fedex Next Day Service.
