Brazil Type VITEM-IV Visa

Brazil Type VITEM-IV Visa Requirement:

To be eligible for a Type VITEM-IV visa the purpose of the trip must be pursue graduate or post-graduate academic studies in Brazil

1.Valid Passport:
Your signed passport must be valid and with sufficient blank pages for any visa stamps (Note: passport page 22, 23, 24 are not visa pages, and can not be used for visas).  .  The passport's expiration date must be greater than six months from the date of entry for the visa you are applying for. If your passport does not meet the requirements, you must renew your passport or obtain a new one.
Note: You need to send your original passport to obtain the visa.

2.Complete Application:
Download, print, fully complete, and sign two copies of the application form.

3.Photographs:
You must provide two 2"x 2" passport photograph. Machine or home photographs are not acceptable.

4.Proof of Residence:
A notarized copy of applicant's driver licence.

5. Scholarship Document::
Copy of scholarship documentation or proof of financial capability to pay for the stay in Brazil.

6.Non Criminal Record:
Non-criminal record issued by the local Police Department.

7.Proof of Enrollment:
Documented proof of enrollment, legalized by a notary public in Brazil, indicating duration of studies at a Brazilian educational institution

8.Order Form:
Download, print, fully complete the order form.

9.Payment Methods:
You may pay by personal check, business check or money order, made payable to: Visa Express.

10.Total Fee:
You may pay the total fees with one check, the total fees includes: Consulate Fee, Our Service Fee, Return Mail Fee. Please check the following table for the consulate fee, and service fee.
Our Return Mail Fee is $ 19.00 for Fedex Next Day Service, or $ 7.00 for U.S. Post Office Priority Mail.
Note: U.S Priority mail are not traceable. The normal delivery time for U.S. Post Office Priority Mail is 2-3 business days, but it's not guarnateed by the Post Office.
