China Business Visa Application

China Business Visa Requirement:

1.Valid Passport:
Your signed passport must be valid and with sufficient blank pages for any visa stamps (Note:The last three pages on the passport are not visa pages, and can not be used for visas).  The passport's expiration date must be greater than six months from the date of entry for the visa you are applying for. If your passport does not meet the requirements, you must renew your passport or obtaiSn a new one.
Note: You need to send your original passport to obtain the visa.

2.Complete Application:
Download, print, fully complete, and sign one copy of the China visa application form.

3. Invitation Letter:
An Invitation from a company or organization in PR China is also required. The invitation may be faxed. If a multiple entries visa is required, the invitation must be issued by a Chinese Government Ministry or authorized government office, or Regional office of Chinese Foreign Economic Relations and Trade Commission, and include their 4-digit reference number.

4.Photographs:
You must provide one 2"x 2" passport photograph.

5.Order Form:
Click here to completely fill-out , print out, and sign Visa Express Order form.

6.Payment Methods:
You may pay by personal check, business check or money order, made payable to: Visa Express.

7.Total Fee:
You may pay the total fees with one check, the total fees includes: Consulate Fee, Our Service Fee, Return Mail Fee. Please check the following table for the consulate fee, and service fee.
Our Return Mail Fee is $ 21.00 for Fedex Next Day Service.

8.Send us above Documents and Fees to:

Note: If Urgent or Rush service is required, all the doucments has to be delivered to us before 10:30 AM. So please overnight all your documents to us by Fedex Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Service only.
