India Business Visa

India Business Visa Requirement:

1.Valid Passport:
Your signed passport must be valid and with sufficient blank pages for any visa stamps.  The passport's expiration date must be greater than six months from the date of entry for the visa you are applying for. If your passport does not meet the requirements, you must renew your passport or obtain a new one.
Note: You need to send your original passport to obtain the visa.

2.Complete Application:
Click here to fully complete, print and sign one copy (copies) of the application form.

3.Photographs:
You must provide one 2"x 2" passport photograph.

4.Photocopy of Driver License:
You must provide a clear copy of your driver license. For minor, copy of parent's driver license need to be submitted.

5. Business Letter:
A business letter of responsibility is required to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to "Indian Consulate General, Visa Section". The letter MUST contact: nature of business performed, name of business reference to be visited, requesting validity (6 mos, 1 year, 5 year, 10 year), guarantee of sufficient financial support, guarantee of return to USA. The letter must be an original and signed by a company officer.

6.Order Form:
Download, print, fully complete the order form.

7.Payment Methods:
You may pay by business check, money order or credit card. Check, money order made payable to: Visa Express.

8.Total Fee:
You may pay the total fees with one check, the total fees includes: Consulate Fee, Our Service Fee, Return Mail Fee. Please check the following table for the consulate fee, and service fee.
Our Return Mail Fee is $ 21.00 for Fedex Next Day Service.
