Lebanon Business Visa

Business Visa Requirement:

1.Valid Passport:
Your signed passport must be valid and with sufficient blank pages for any visa stamps.  The passport's expiration date must be greater than six months from the date of entry for the visa you are applying for. If your passport does not meet the requirements, you must renew your passport or obtain a new one.

2.Complete Application:
Download, print, fully complete, and sign one copy (copies) of the application form.

3.Photographs:
You must provide two 2"x 2" passport photographs.

4.Order Form:
Download, print, fully complete the order form.

5. Travel Documentation:
Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary.

6. Covering Letter:
Covering letter specifying the length of stay and purpose of the trip.

7. ID Card:
Applicants of Lebanese origin must present copy of Lebanese ID card.

8. Other:
Spouse of applicants of Lebanese origin must submit a copy of the marriage certificate and a copy of the spouse's Lebanese ID

9. Business letter:
A business letter of financial responsibility is required to be type written on company letterhead and addressed to "Visa Section, Embassy of Lebanon ". Letter must include the purpose fo travel, nature of business to be performed. Guarantee of financial support and should be signed by an officer or manager at the company.

10.Payment Methods:
You may pay by personal check, Business check or money order, made payable to: Unipac Travel Group.

11.Total Fee:
You may pay the total fees with one check, the total fees includes: Consulate Fee, Our Service Fee, Return Mail Fee. Please check the following table for the consulate fee, and service fee.
Our Return Mail Fee is $ 17.00 for Next Day Service, or $ 6.00 for Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation.
