Regular Passport Renewal Service
To proceed with obtaining a new passport through
Visa Express Service, please submit the following documents to
us
1. Completed Passport Application (DS-82)
Click on the link at the bottom of this section to access the electronic DS-82.
You must fill out this form electronically and then print one copy. Click on the "create form" button to generate the completed form. After print the form, please make sure sign the form .

Expired Passport
Your expired passport must have been issued less than
15 years ago.
If your passport was issued greater than 1 5 years ago, you must
apply for a new passport, click here
for instructions.
Your expired passport must have been issued when you
were 16 or older.
If your passport was issued when you were younger than 16, you
must apply for a new passport, click

from the name on the expired passport, click

3.Two (2) identical
passport-type photographs Photographs
Must be official passport-type only and approximately 2" x 2"
with a clear background. Photos must be sufficiently recent to
be a good likeness and need not be signed. Glossy or matte finish
photographs are acceptable. Machine or home photographs are not
acceptable. Do not wear a hat or any item that covers the face
(except prescription glasses). Face forward only;no side shots
or profiles will be accepted.
4.
Letter of Authorization
Download and complete the Authorization Letter. This letter will
authorize Visa Express to submit and obtain the new passport on
your behalf. Download Authorization Letter.
5.Order Form

6.Proof of
Departure
Airline ticket or an original itinerary will be needed. (Proof
of departure will vary according to the U.S. Passport Office issuing
your passport.)
7.Fees and
Payment
Government Fees:
Make one check payable to "US Department of State" for $127 (this
is the government processing fee).
Our Service Fee:
Our Service Fees:$69.00 for Regular Service(8-12 business days).
Our Return Mail Fee is $ 19.00 for Overnight Service .
You may pay the service fee with return mail fee with one check, total $88, made payable to: Visa Express.
8. Ship Your
Package Using Fedex or UPS only. Do not use U.S. Post Office Express Mail !!!
Place the following documents in a FedEx or UPS Express package.
- Application from (DS-82)
- Expired passport
- Two passport photos
- Authorization letter
- Proof of departure
- Check or money order for $127 to U.S. Department State
- Payment for $69 service fee
- $19 payment for over night return mail fee
