Business
Visa Requirement:
1.Valid
Passport:
Your signed passport must be valid and with sufficient blank
pages for any visa stamps(Note: Passport pages 22,23,24 are not visa pages, and can not be used for visa). The passport's expiration
date must be greater than six months from the date of entry
for the visa you are applying for. If your passport does
not meet the requirements, you must renew your passport
or obtain a new one.
Note: You need to send your original passport to obtain the visa.
2.Complete
Application:
Download, print, fully complete, and sign one copy (copies)
of the application form.
3.Photographs:
You must provide one 2"x 2" passport photographs.
4.Order
Form:
Download, print, fully complete the order form.
5. Business
letter:
A business letter of financial responsibility is required
to be type written on company letterhead and addressed to "Visa Section, Embassy of Russia ". Letter must include
the purpose fo travel, nature of business to be performed.
Guarantee of financial support and should be signed by an
officer or manager at the company.
6. Letter
of Invitation from the Russian Foreign Min.
Official invitation from an organization authorized to invite
business visitors to Russia. To arrange an invitation, usually
sent to you by fax, your sponsor will require your full
name, nationality, passport number, date of arrival/departure
in Russia, and the cities you will visit. The Invitation
to Russia must be from the Russian Foreign Ministry or its
regional representatives, The Ministry of Interior or its
local offices, or other authorized Russian Agencies. The
letter must contain the official seal and legal address
of the agency, signature and name of the official authorized
to invite foreigners to Russia.

8. International
Certificate of Vaccination:
You must obtain an International Certificate of Vaccination
for: HIV Certificate, if stay exceeding 3 months.
9.Payment
Methods:
You may pay by personal check, Business check or money order,
made payable to: Visa Express.
10.Total
Fee:
You may pay the total fees with one check, the total fees
includes: Consulate Fee, Our Service Fee, Return Mail Fee.
Please check the following table for the consulate fee,
and service fee.
Our Return Mail Fee is $ 19.00 for Fedex Next Day Service, or
$ 7.00 for U.S. Post Office Priority Mail.
Note: U.S Priority mail are not traceable. The normal delivery time for U.S. Post Office Priority Mail is 2-3 business days, but it's not guarnateed by the Post Office.
