Tourist Visa Requirement:
1.Valid
Passport:
Your signed passport must be valid and with sufficient blank
pages for any visa stamps( Note: Passport pages 22,23,24 are not visa pages, and can not be used for visa). The passport's expiration
date must be greater than six months from the date of entry
for the visa you are applying for. If your passport does
not meet the requirements, you must renew your passport
or obtain a new one.
Note: You need to send your original passport to obtain the visa.
2.Complete
Application:
Download, print, fully complete, and sign one copy (copies)
of the application form.
--The visa application form MUST be printed on one sheet of paper, front and back. Two page applications will no longer be acceptable.
--Once you have printed the application form on a sheet of paper, front and back, make sure you COMPLETELY fill out all the questions. If the question do not pertain to you, you must write “Not Applicable”. (IE: if you are trying to apply for a Business visa, you would not know the answer to the Tour Group question, so therefore, write Not Applicable, etc.)
--Your application should be filled out in blue or black ink pen only, and it MUST be in ALL CAPS. NO pencils! Only one letter per box, please. They will reject your application if you try to squeeze 2 letters into a box. If the information does not fit into the given boxes, try to abbreviate, or you can type the remaining information onto another sheet of paper and attach that paper onto the application.
IMPORTANT: If you make a mistake, DO NOT put white out or scratch-outs on your application. Just simply fill out a new application.
The neglect to follow these instructions thoroughly will result in the rejection of your visa application, and therefore, will result in the delay of your travel.
3.Photographs:
You must provide one 2"x 2" passport photographs.
4.Order
Form:
Download, print, fully complete the order form.
5. A standard tourist confirmation (Letter of Invitation)
From a hosting authorized Russian travel agency or a hotel, registered with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a voucher from your hotel or travel agency in Russia. The confirmation must contain the agency’s reference number and registration number.

6.Payment
Methods:
You may pay by business check or money order, or credit card. Check, money order
made payable to: Visa Express.
7.Total
Fee:
You may pay the total fees with one check, the total fees
includes: Consulate Fee, Our Service Fee, Return Mail Fee.
Please check the following table for the consulate fee,
and service fee.
Our Return Mail Fee is $ 21.00 for Fedex Next Day Service
