Saudi Arabia Business Visa

Business Visa Requirement:

1.Valid Passport:
Your signed passport must be valid and with sufficient blank pages for any visa stamps.  The passport's expiration date must be greater than six months from the date of entry for the visa you are applying for. If your passport does not meet the requirements, you must renew your passport or obtain a new one.

2.Complete Application:
Download, print, fully complete, and sign one copy (copies) of the application form.

3.Photographs:
You must provide two 2"x 2" passport photographs.

4. Business letter:
A business letter of financial responsibility is required to be type written on company letterhead and addressed to "Visa Section, Embassy of Saudi Arabia ". Letter must include the purpose fo travel, nature of business to be performed. Guarantee of financial support and should be signed by an officer or manager at the company.

5. Letter of Invitation:
Your sponsor in Saudi Arabia must send you an official invitation bearing the company seal and the seal of the Chamber of Commerce. The invitation must be original, not a fax or email.

6. Travel Documentation:
You must provide a copy of travel plane ticket or travel itinerary.

7.Order Form:
Download, print, fully complete the order form.

8.Payment Methods:
You may pay by personal check, business check or money order, made payable to: Unipac Travel Group.

9.Total Fee:
You may pay the total fees with one check, the total fees includes: Consulate Fee, Our Service Fee, Return Mail Fee. Please check the following table for the consulate fee, and service fee.
Our Return Mail Fee is $ 18.00 for Fedex Next Day Service, or $ 6.00 for U.S. Post Office Priority Mail.
Note: The normal delivery time for U.S. Post Office Priority Mail is 2-3 business days, but it not guarnatee by the Post Office, and it does not has tracking number, and are not traceable.
